We know that some of our returning customers might be confused about how to navigate and place orders with the new site, so this information page can help you learn how to make use of our new features. But of course! In fact, due to your incredible support over the years and the power of the Internet, we are expanding at an unbelievable rate! If you are a prior customer and call our call center, you might hear a few new voices, but that is only because we need more people to answer when you call! As you probably know, we have designed, manufactured and sold the greatest line of front-edge men's underwear for over 15 years and we are only just getting started. In the future, you will continue to see our high quality line expand into new styles, new fabrics and ever more confortable collections of briefs, boxers, thongs and exotics available anywhere in the world. Basic Site Navigation
We're looking forward to you discovering that our website is one of the easiest eStores to navigate and purchase from on the Internet today. The most important things for you to know are:
  • The logo in the top left corner
    At all times when visiting our site, clicking on the logo in the top left corner will take you back to our home page.
  • The Menu Bar
    The menu bar at the top of every page tells you where you are and what you can do. For example, if you look up there right now, you will see "tabs" that point to our Home Page, Underwear, Swimwear and Bargains Galleries. Many tabs have a "submenu" which shows up in the blue bar, just below the tabs. For example, if you click on the "Swimwear" tab, you will see there are submenus for Thong Style, Full Style and Bikini Style. This mechanism is the same no matter where you go in the site.
  • The Left Panel
    At the left side of every page on our site is a light blue panel. In this panel you will find special things that you can do, as well as information you might want to know. For example, on most pages in the site, a "Mini Shopping Cart" is displayed at the top of the left panel (...it might be to "high" for you to see right now - if so, scroll up the window to see it near the top of this page). This does not show shipping charges or taxes, but gives you a quick look at what you have in your cart. Also, it has "quick link" items on it for you to see more. For example, you can probably see the link "View Cart" and "My Account" on the bottom of the Mini Shopping Cart right now. Below the Mini Shopping Cart are a variety of special links that you might find useful, including a quick link to ordering by fax or mail, using discounts or modifying your shipping preferences. If you can't find what you want in the menu bar, there's probably something that will help in the left panel.

Browsing our current collection
We have an ever-changing collection of hot men's underwear that must be seen to be appreciated! That's why our galleries have been built so that you can easily browse through everything we have, with the fewest of mouse clicks. If you click on the "Underwear" tab, you will see the submenu come up that probably includes Boxers, Briefs and Thongs, to name a few. Under pictures are a couple links - Next Gallery, Prev Gallery, and perhaps Next Items and Prev Items. Note that if you are in Customer Service or Account Management (you'll know, because it will tell you in the menu bar at the top of the screen) you will need to click "Take me back to the store" for you to get back to viewing our collections.
  • Next Gallery / Prev Gallery
    These links will move you to different galleries or collections of underwear, categorized by what they are. If you click Next Gallery or Prev Gallery enough times right in a row, eventually you will come back to the gallery that you started with.
  • Next Items / Prev Items
    Some of our galleries have so many items that they cannot fit all on one screen! Therefore, if there are more than can fit on one screen, you will see the Next Items / Prev Items links available on top of the Next Gallery and Prev Gallery links. These links move you through the current collection. In between Next Items and Prev Items in the middle of the screen, you will see some numbers, like "1-8 of 27 Items" - this means that there are 27 items in the gallery that you are in, and you are looking at items 1 through 8.

Paying for your order by fax or mail
Paying for your order by fax or postal mail is easier than it has ever been, and with our new system, you can immediately tell what is in stock and what is backordered! Simply move through our galleries putting the items you want to purchase into your shopping cart. Make sure you select the appropriate size and/or color, if the option is available. Then click on the "Order by Fax / Mail" link in the left panel. If you are in the United States, we will need to know what state we will be delivering to, but other than that, you can click on "Print Form" and we will print out a completed order form, ready for you to fill out and send to us. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive and email confirmation, so PLEASE, PLEASE remember to put your email address on the form.

What does "Backorder" mean?
When an item is listed as "Backorder Only" or "On Backorder" it means that it is still a valid product, sold regularly by our company, however we are currently out of stock, awaiting the arrival a new shipment. This usually means a delay in shipping your product of between 1-2 weeks, but it is often much quicker. You will not be charged for items that are backordered until we actually ship them to you, so you have the opportunity to cancel backordered items while they still show as "On Backorder" in the transactions page of your account. If you have additional questions about backordered items, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Paying for your order online
Paying for your order online is the best way to go. It will lock in your purchase, making sure that the inventory you just paid for is yours - it is in stock and ready to send to you. After you have put the items you want into your cart, click the "Pay for my order" link on the Mini Cart, or click View Cart and then "Pay for my order." HERE IS THE IMPORTANT PART: You will be asked for your email address and your password. If this is your first time purchasing from our new system, you won't have a password - you need to select "No I do not have a password yet" and let us collect your purchase information again. We require your email address so that we can identify you in the future. We will NOT sell or abuse your email address for any reason at any time. More about our privacy promise can be seen on that page. Next, simply fill in the information we ask for in the New Customer form, and click "Proceed to the next step." You then have the opportunity to go over all the information and make any necessary corrections before clicking "Charge my Credit Card." Once you do that, we will complete your order and it's on its way!

Printing an invoice for your order
After making your purchase, you will be taken to your brand new "My Account" page, which will let you print a copy of the invoice for your recent purchases.

Coming back to the site to review your previous orders
If you have made a purchase using our new system, you may make purchases without ever having to fill in another form! Simply click on the "My Account" link, enter your email address and the password you used when you made your first purchase, and presto! ...you can view your old transactions, reprint past invoices, modifying your shipping and delivery information, update your form[s] of payment, you name it! Also, once you are logged in, when you click the "Pay for my order" link, we won't even ask you any more questions except to verify that the information we have is correct. If everything is correct, you are just one click away from completing your transaction ("Charge my credit card").

When will I get my order and what will it look like when I get it?
All orders are sent in discreet plain mailing envelopes or boxes with your name and address label affixed to the front. Our company and and logo DO NOT appear on the outside of the package. Your credit card statement will show the charge from "Body Aware." We aim to ship all in stock items within 24 hours of receipt of order. For in-stock items using standard ground shipping to the USA and Canada, please allow 7-10 days for delivery. For Europe and the rest of the world please allow 14 days.

Is my transaction secure?
Absolutely. We make use of the latest encryption techniques and have a broad array of state-of-the-art features in our system that allow us to monitor and control the security of your transaction, making us a very safe place to do business.
