| Cancellation Policy |
- The moment you press "Charge my Credit Card" you are in fact charged for all items that are currently in stock as well as shipping and/or sales tax charges. For this reason, please make sure you want the items before pressing this button or you will be charged according to the next policy..
- Orders cancelled AFTER we have begun processing them but before they are delivered will be refunded less a 6% cancellation fee to cover merchant processing and e-commerce charges we incur.
- Items that are still on backorder may be cancelled at any time by clicking on the "Cancel" button next to the item when viewing the transactions on your account. There is no charge for items that are cancelled while still on backorder. To cancel backorder items log into your account and click on "View my transactions."

| Refunds and Exchanges |
- For obvious reasons of hygiene, we do not believe it is good practice to accept returns and to resell them as new. Therefore our policy is to NOT accept items back once sold, unless faulty. Furthermore, international and federal laws prohibit the return of articles worn against the body for health and sanitary reasons. Therefore to be sure of the correct fit, it is important that you measure your waist/chest and refer to our size chart, as not all manufacturer's have the same size ranges.
- If you do have a specific problem, we will do our best to assist, but you must email us at cs@bodyaware.com before sending anything back, as unauthorized returns will be refused.
- Please make sure when communicating via email to give us your full name and address so that we can correctly identify you.

| Additional charges for XXL and larger |
- All XXL and greater sizes have an added 10% surcharge added to them. The price you see in your
shopping cart will be 10% higher than the price you see in the galleries while looking at products.

| Regarding International Purchases |
- We welcome orders from outside of North America, and all orders are shipped from our Arizona, USA distribution center. Please be aware that as we have no control over the Postal Services overseas, orders are sent entirely at purchaser's risk. We strongly
recommend that you contact us before you order to request a quotation to upgrade to insured
mail or Global Express mail (a trackable service). Also, please be aware that you are responsible
for any customs duties, taxes and clearance fees that may be charged by the authorities in your country.
